Website Design and Content Management System completed for Community Advancement Programme (CAP)

Orchestrand Ltd, a Leeds & London based website design company, has completed the construction of a new website for Community Advancement Programme (CAP).
Community Advancement Programme (CAP) is a Non-profit, international non-government organisation registered in England and Wales. Their works focuses on poverty reduction for the most disadvantaged within local communities through developmental projects that recognise the great need for self-help initiatives. The organisation is under the direction of a Board which consists of persons who have a wide range of experience in Academia, Business and charitable causes. Board members include businessman Gatheru Rwamba who is behind a number of companies including EaseMove Properties (UK) Limited, Eulink Group Limited and EaseMove Tours of Kenya. Primarily focused on Kenya and other parts of Africa, CAP's mission is to work with women, men and children affected by poverty, HIV/AIDS, disasters, violence and exploitation, and those with disabilities. CAP strives to support community programmes aimed at achieving self-reliance and people-centred development. We do this to aid the removal of obstacles hindering the attainment of economic independence thus facilitating action for change.
The new CAP website features a back-end content management system, integrated by Orchestrand, allowing the CAP charity's volunteers and officers to self-update the CAP website. Orchestrand is very pleased to have taken responsiblity for the CAP website and we look forward to supporting the charity over the coming years.
